Appointing a Member of the Bluff Harbour Board

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by the Harbours Act, 1923, I, Cyril Louis Norton
Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby appoint

Gordon James Reed

to be a member of the Bluff Harbour Board as a representative of
the combined districts of the City of Invercargill and the Borough
of South Invercargill in place of John Henderson Reed, deceased.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
this 1st day of September, 1943.
