PATANGATA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR PUBLIC ROAD AND CLOSE PORTIONS OF PUBLIC ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Patangata County Council proposes, under the provisions of sections 22 and 103 (1) (a) of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take, for the purposes of a public road and to close portions of public road, the lands described in the Schedules hereto: And notice is hereby given that plans of the lands so required to be taken and road to be closed are deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, situate at Northumberland Street, Waipukurau, and are open for inspection by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the taking and closing of such lands and road who have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land or closing of such road must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, Patangata County Council, Northumberland Street, Waipukurau.
