A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection two of section one of the Age Benefits and Invalids’ Benefits (Reciprocity with Australia) Act, 1943, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as follows:—

This Proclamation may be cited as the Age Benefits and Invalids’ Benefits (Reciprocity with Australia) Act Commencement Order 1943.

The Age Benefits and Invalids’ Benefits (Reciprocity with Australia) Act, 1943, shall come into force on the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of August, 1943.
