Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of Street in the Borough of Ellerslie.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become street, and that such street shall be maintained by the Ellerslie Borough Council in like manner as other streets are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 1·8 perches.

Being Railway land.

Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32663.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the name is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115317, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red, edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of February, 1943.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1 rood 31·4 perches.

Being part Allotment 101, Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland, on D.P. 28946.

Situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32435.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115781, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of February, 1943.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 116075, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of February, 1943.
