A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1 acre 2 roods 0·2 perches.
Being Allotments 404 and 405, Section 1, Town of Tauranga.
Situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District (Borough of Tauranga). (S.O. 14731.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 24201, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of August, 1943.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Kawakawa-Grahamtown Railway.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Additional Land in Motatau, Hukerenui, and Kawakawa Survey Districts for the Purposes of the Kawakawa-Grahamtown Railway and for Road-diversions in connection therewith

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 81 of the thirty-first day of the same month at page 3123, taking additional land in Motatau, Hukerenui, and Kawakawa Survey Districts for the purposes of the Kawakawa-Grahamtown Railway and for road-diversions in connection therewith, in so far as it affects the area of 3 roods 5 perches mentioned in the Schedule thereto.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of August, 1943.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Kawakawa-Grahamtown Railway; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.

Amending an Order in Council authorizing the Waiapu County Council to erect certain Electric Lines in Portion of the County of Waiapu

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of August, 1943
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and with the consent of the licensees, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 138 of the sixteenth day of the same month at page 3070 (hereinafter referred to as the “said license”), authorizing the Waiapu County Council to lay, construct, put up, place, and use certain electric lines, by adding to the Schedule thereof the following clause:—
“(e) In a south-westerly direction to three dwellings situated in Section 47, Te Puia Suburban; as the said lines are more particularly delineated by means of black lines on plan marked P.W.D. 117470, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.”
Subject to the aforesaid amendment the terms and conditions of the said license are hereby confirmed.
