CHANGE OF SURNAME
I, JAMES STANLEY ANDIS, of Wellington, Restaurant-proprietor, at one time known as JAMES STANLEY ANDONARAS, hereby give public notice that by deed-poll bearing date the 10th day of May, 1943, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Wellington, I have formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my said surname of ANDONARAS and have assumed and adopted and have determined henceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of ANDIS and not the said name of ANDONARAS, and to be at all times hereafter called, known, and described by the name of ANDIS exclusively.
