Land set apart as an Addition to a Reserve for a Post-office or other Public Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed streets described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the reserve for a post-office or other public purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said reserve.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Town District of Putaruru, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 32ยท4 perches, more or less, being Section 16, Block VI, Patetere North Survey District (closed streets). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/811, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. plan 31554.)
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Town District of Putaruru, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 27ยท7 perches, more or less, being Lot 56 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 18021, and being part of Section 97, Block VI, Patetere North Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/811, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged blue. (S.O. plan 31554.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of July, 1943.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid off through Tairaie 2v 6, 2T, and 2G 3 Blocks, Block XV, Omapere Survey District, North Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, duly laid off as a road-line in pursuance of sections four hundred and eighty-three and four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the said Act;
And whereas one month's notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and eighty-seven of the said Act:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:-

0 2 4 Taraire 2v 6 Block; coloured red.
0 2 3 Taraire 2T Block; coloured blue.
2 3 39 Taraire 2G 3 Block; coloured yellow.
Situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District. (N.L. plan 13147.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2879, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2916, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of July, 1943.

Road traversing Native Land proclaimed as a Public Road in Block IV, Whakatane Survey District, Auckland Land District

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the road described in the Schedule hereto traverses Native land:
And whereas the Native Land Court, by an order made on the nineteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and issued pursuant to section four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, ordered and declared the said road to be a public road:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road:
