In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter
of TOKAANU TIMBER COMPANY, LIMITED (in Voluntary
Liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that the Tokaanu Timber Company,
Limited, having its registered office at Taumarunui, did, on
the 19th day of July, 1943, pass a resolution that the company be
voluntarily wound up, and that the winding-up be a members’
voluntary winding up.

Creditors of the company should furnish their accounts to the
liquidator of the company, D. Coutts Seath, Public Accountant,
Taumarunui.
