The Drawing and Mathematical Instruments Control Notice 1943
Pursuant to the Factory Emergency Regulations 1939, I, George Augustus Pascoe, Factory Controller, hereby direct and give notice as follows:
- This notice may be cited as the Drawing and Mathematical Instruments Control Notice 1943.
- This notice shall come into force on the day next following the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.
- After the coming into force of this notice no importer shall sell or otherwise dispose of any of the drawing or mathematical instruments described in the Schedule hereto except with the prior consent in writing of the Factory Controller or in accordance with his directions.
- Every importer holding any stocks of the drawing and mathematical instruments described in the Schedule hereto on the coming into force of this notice shall, within fourteen days thereafter, furnish in writing to the Factory Controller complete details of the stock, including types and quantities.
- Within seven days after the importation of any of the drawing or mathematical instruments described in the Schedule hereto, the person who imported them shall furnish in writing to the Factory Controller full particulars of the importation.

The Abrasives Control Notice 1943
Pursuant to the Factory Emergency Regulations 1939, I, George Augustus Pascoe, Factory Controller, hereby direct and give notice as follows:
- This notice may be cited as the Abrasives Control Notice 1943.
- This notice shall come into force on the day next following the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.
- No importer or wholesaler of abrasives shall sell or otherwise dispose of or use any of the abrasive materials described in the Schedule hereto except with the prior consent in writing of the Factory Controller or in accordance with his directions.
- Every importer or wholesaler holding any stocks of any of the abrasive materials described in the Schedule hereto on the coming into force of this notice shall, within fourteen days thereafter, furnish in writing to the Factory Controller complete details of the stock, including particulars of the types and quantities.
- Within seven days after the importation of any abrasive materials described in the Schedule hereto, the person who imported them shall furnish in writing to the Factory Controller full particulars of the importation.

Price Order No. 147 (Seed Potatoes)
Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following Price Order:
PRELIMINARY
-
(1) This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 147 and shall come into force on the 23rd day of July, 1943.
(2) Price Order No. 94† is hereby revoked.
(3) The revocation of the said Order shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this Order. -
(1) In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,
"The said regulations" means the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939*
