Paymaster Sub-Lieutenant Richard William John Mitchell, promoted to the rank of Paymaster Lieutenant and reappointed, to date 11th December, 1942.
Mr. Francis George Mabbatt, Warrant Shipwright, R.N., lent Royal New Zealand Navy, and appointed H.M.N.Z. ship as directed, to date 10th May, 1943.
