Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936

Manufacture for Sale of Footwear

AN application has been received from R. J. Rawson, 91 Newton Road, Auckland, for an extension of his existing license to permit the manufacture of children’s and boys’ footwear, sizes 3–6 by the cemented process, and sizes 7–2 by the fairstitch and machine-sewn methods.

An application has been received from Vivian Slippers, Ltd., Bond Street, Wellington, for an extension of their existing license to permit the manufacture of infants’ shoes, sizes 3–6, by the machine-sewn and cemented processes.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than 29th day of July, 1943.
