THE INCORPORATED SOCIETIES ACT, 1908, SECTION 28

I, LEONARD GRAY TUCK, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated
Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to
appear to me that the undermentioned societies are no longer
carrying on operations, the societies are hereby dissolved in pursuance
of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908:—

MEDICAL REGISTRATION

I, THOMAS HENRY EDWARD CORNISH, M.B., Ch.B.,
University of New Zealand, 1943, now residing in Wellington,
hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 30th July, 1943,
to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion
of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my
qualification in the office of the Department of Health at Wellington.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter
of F.J. NICHOLS, LIMITED (in Voluntary Liquidation).
IT is hereby notified for public information that at an extra-
ordinary general meeting of the above-named company, held
on the 19th day of June, 1943, the following special resolution was
passed:—
"Resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily."
The business heretofore carried on by the company will in future
be carried on in the name of Frederick James Nichols.

as application may be heard, I intend to apply for an order releasing

go into voluntary liquidation."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given that the coal-mining partnership
heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, at Reefton,
under the style or firm of "Rollerson and Party," has been dissolved
as from the 8th day of June, 1943. All debts due and owing by the
late firm will be received and paid respectively by J.I. Braidwood,
who will continue to carry on the said business on his own behalf.

a special resolution was passed by the shareholders of the
Bruce Finance Company, Limited, that the company be wound up
