GREY ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
Extension Loan, £7,000, 1942.
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Grey Electric-power Board hereby resolves as follows:-
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £7,000, authorized to be raised by the Grey Electric-power Board under the above-mentioned Act for extending the electrical reticulation in the Power Board's district, the said Grey Electric-power Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal nought fourpence (.04d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property of the Grey Electric-power District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years or until the loan is fully paid off."
Moved by Mr. W. Clayton, seconded by Mr. J. B. Kent, and carried.

BIGNELL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, LIMITED.
IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that the final meeting of shareholders of the Bignell Construction Company, Limited (in voluntary liquidation), will be held at the registered office of the company, 29 Ridgway Street, Wanganui, on Monday, the 1st day of March, 1943, at 2 p.m., for the purpose of laying before the meeting the liquidator's statement of account of the winding-up.

ESTATE OF WILLIAM COLENSO.
In the matter of the Religious, Charitable, and Educational Trusts Act, 1908, and in the matter of the Estate of WILLIAM COLENSO, late of Napier, Clerk in Holy Order (deceased).
PURSUANT to section 18 of the above Act, the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Napier hereby give notice that it has prepared and filed in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Napier a scheme under Part III of the said Act providing for the variation of the disposition under the will of the said deceased of the income on the sum of £500 bequeathed to the said Corporation by the deceased, whereby the deceased provided that the rents or profits of the said sum of £500 should be yearly used in purchasing prizes to be distributed at the yearly examinations to the successful scholars at the public Government schools of Napier, and has referred such scheme to the Supreme Court at Napier for approval, the date of hearing being fixed for the 17th February, 1943, at 10 a.m.
The said scheme and the report of the Solicitor-General thereon is open to inspection by the public without charge at the Supreme Court, Napier, during office hours.
