A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 2 roods 32·63 perches.
Being part land in Proclamation No. 21, being part Section 10, Hutt District.
Situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District (Borough of Petone). (S.O. 20952.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 116577, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of June, 1943.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 2 roods 19·8 perches.
Being part Lot 50 on D.P. 10392, being part Section 43, Karori District.
Situated in Block V, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20290.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117127, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
