Canceling the Reservation over Portion of a Reserve in Block XIV,
Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough Land District.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of
January, 1943.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for river-protection
purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth
hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is
Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District containing by
admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being part of Section 63, Omaka
Registration District, situated in Block XIV, Cloudy Bay Survey
District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. 22/3200H, deposited in the Head Office, Depart-
ment of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered

under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of
January, 1943.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the
thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the
North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto
shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of
and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said
Act ; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Onewa
Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public
domain.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Borough of Takapuna situated in Block XII,
Waitemata Survey District, containing by admeasurement 34 acres
1 rood and 31 perches, more or less, being Allotments 68 and 69,
Parish of Takapuna, and being the whole of the land shown on the
plan numbered 31225, deposited in the office of the District Land
Registrar at Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1111, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged
red.

the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
