A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and that the estate or interest in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by William O'Donnell, of Owhango, Farmer, under and by virtue of occupation license issued under section seventy-seven of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section five of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, are hereby taken for public works; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of January, 1943.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Quarry in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 62 of the eighteenth day of the same month at page 1857, and deposited in the Land Registry Office, Auckland, under number 9731, taking land for the purposes of a quarry in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 1 acre 2 roods 17 perches.

Being portion Poike No. 6B 1 Block.

Situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31708.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 116031, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of December, 1942.
