Land and a Right-of-way taken and Crown Land set apart for Public Works, and Land taken for the Use, Convenience, and Enjoyment of a Public Work

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, together with the right-of-way appurtenant thereto created in and by memorandum of transfer registered in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington as number 14057, over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, are hereby taken for public works, and that the Crown land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for public works, and that the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a public work; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.
