DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore
subsisting between us the undersigned, TREVOR RAYMOND
LINCOLN and LESLIE JOHN HARRIS, carrying on business as butchers
at Taumarunui, Matapuna, and Manunui under the style or firm of
Lincoln & Harris, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the
date hereof. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be
received and paid by the undersigned TREVOR RAYMOND LINCOLN,
by whom the business will in future be carried on.
