SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, being portion of Section 1R, Town of Charleston, commencing at a point in Camp Street, 100 links from the corner of Camp Street and Darkies Terrace Road; bounded on the north-west by Camp Street aforesaid, 150 links; and thence on the north-east, south-east, and south-west by the other portion of Section 1R, 200 links, 150 links, and 200 links respectively. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/7/235, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart temporarily as reserves, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :
And whereas by the three-hundred-and-sixtieth section of the said Act it is provided that land temporarily reserved under the said three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section may, at the expiration of one month, but not later than six months, after the publication in the Gazette of notice of such temporary reservation, be permanently reserved, and that notice of such permanent reservation shall be published in the Gazette :
And whereas the lands described in the Schedule hereto were, by the Warrant dated the eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, and published in the Gazette of the eleventh day of that month, temporarily reserved under the authority of the said Act for the purposes in the Schedule of the said Warrant specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved :
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby permanently reserve the lands described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be permanently reserved for which purposes the said lands were so temporarily reserved as aforesaid.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Hokianga County, situated in Blocks III and IV, Mangamuka Survey District, containing by admeasurement 204 acres and 30 perches, more or less, being part of Ahutoatoa Block, shown on plan numbered 25820, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 696, folio 320, Auckland Registry. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 36/28, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Water-conservation.)
Section 14, Block V, Hohoura East Survey District: Area, 2 acres, more or less. (Native-school site, Ngataki.)
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Section 130, Block IX, Aroha Survey District: Area, 96 acres 2 roods 18 perches, more or less. (Recreation.)
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
Section 8, Block I, Mangaone Village, situated in Block III, Mangaone Survey District: Area, 2 acres, more or less. (Recreation.)
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
Allotment 332, Town of Renwick, being part of Section 162, District of Omaka: Area, 1 rood 16 perches, more or less. (Site for a war memorial.)

The Rationing Notice 1943, No. 2.
PURSUANT to the Rationing Emergency Regulations 1942, I, James Ewing Thomas, Rationing Controller, hereby give notice as follows:β
- This notice may be cited as the Rationing Notice 1943, No. 2.
- Tea coupons Nos. 21, 22, 23, and 24 are available during the calendar month of April, 1943, for the supply of 2 oz. tea against each coupon.
- Sugar coupons Nos. 21, 22, 23, and 24 are available during the calendar month of April, 1943, for the supply of 12 oz. sugar against each coupon.
- Tea coupon No. 49 is available at any time from 1st March to 30th April for the supply of 8 oz. tea.
- Sugar coupon No. 49 is available at any time from 1st April to 31st July for the supply of 3 lb. sugar.
