Additional Land at Pukerua Bay taken for the Purposes of the Wellington-Foxton Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington-Foxton Railway to take further land at Pukerua Bay in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 acre 1 rood 15·9 perches.
Being part Pukerua 3c No. 1A Block.

Situated in Block VI, Paekakariki Survey District, Hutt County. (S.O. 20987.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 7077, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of March, 1943.

Additional Land at Otaki taken for the Purposes of the Wellington—New Plymouth Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington—New Plymouth Railway to take further land at Otaki in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 10 acres 2 roods 2·8 perches.
Being part Section 13 of Kaingaraki No. 2, and part Kaingaraki No. 3.

Situated in Block IX, Waitohu Survey District, Horowhenua County. (S.O. 20981.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 7078, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of March, 1943.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a road-diversion in connection with the Kawakawa-Grahamtown Railway.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for road-diversion 0·02 perches.
Being part Motatau No. 4A Block.

Situated in Block XV, Kawakawa Survey District, Bay of Islands County. (S.O. 32689.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 7070, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of March, 1943.
