Price Order No. 128, Amendment No. 1 (Eggs).

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 128, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 128† (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 29th day of March, 1943.

  3. The Second Schedule to the principal Order is hereby revoked and the following Schedule substituted therefor :—

NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, as amended by section 18 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1937, that unless sufficient cause to the contrary be shown within one month from the date hereof the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.
