the currency of such loan and be payable on the 1st day of July
in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a
period of ten (10) years from the 30th day of June, 1943, or until the
loan is fully paid off.”

which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or
claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under
section 258 of the Act, or to be excluded from any benefit of any
distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may

OTICE is hereby given that the Deputy Registrar of Friendly
Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies
Act, 1909, by writing under his hand dated this 16th day of March,
1943, cancelled the registry of the Blackball Amalgamated Medical
Association (Register No. 417), held at Blackball, on the ground that
it has ceased to exist.

ROLL OF HONOUR published in 1924 by the DEFENCE
DEPARTMENT, giving—
(1) A list of members of the 1st New Zealand Expedi-
tionary Force killed in action, died of wounds
inflicted, of accidents occurring, or disease con-
tracted while on active service.
(2) Those who died after discharge from the 1st New
Zealand Expeditionary Force from wounds inflicted
or disease contracted while on active service up
to 31st December, 1923.
(3) Those who died from accident occurring or disease
contracted while training with or attached to the
1st New Zealand Expeditionary Force of New
Zealand.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line
for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and
