at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the
portion of Dawson Street, or fronting the northern side of the portion
of Young Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance
of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE.

THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Taranaki
Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Dawson Street,
fronting Section No. 608, Town of New Plymouth, as the same is
more particularly shown on Deposited Plan No. 417.

Also the northern side of all that portion of street, situated in
the said land district and borough, known as Young Street, fronting
Section No. 608, Town of New Plymouth, as the same is more
particularly shown on Deposited Plan No. 417.

As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 116324, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Road in the City of Wellington to be under the Control
and Management of the Wellington City Council.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of March,

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise
enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the
control and management of the Wellington City Council.

SCHEDULE.

All situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City

forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint

Robert Joseph Culling,
Norman Harold Moar,
George Henry Passey,
Thomas Sinclair, and
James Daniel Galvin

to be the Pokangina Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Saturday, the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-three, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when,
and the Public Hall, Pokangina, as the place where, the first meeting
of the Board shall be held.

His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke
an Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh day of January, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the Gazette
of the thirtieth day of that month, and doth hereby appoint

The Whangarei Borough Council

to be the Anzac Park Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-three, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Council
Chambers, Municipal Buildings, Whangarei, as the place where, the
first meeting of the Board shall be held.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—ANZAC PARK DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 15 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being
Lot 1 of a subdivision of portion of Raumanga Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks,
situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District, and bounded as
follows: Commencing at a point on a public road at the southern
boundary of Tarawa Block, towards the north generally by the said
Tarawa Block, 207·5 and 654·2 links, to Lot 2 of a subdivision of
portion of Raumanga Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks; thence towards the
east and south generally by the said Lot 2, 222·5, 381·4, 291·8,
475·4, 43·2, 171·1, 500·9, 187·5, and 621 links, to a public road;
thence towards the west generally by said public road, 1170·3 and
494·8 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid
