Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936

Manufacture for Sale of Footwear

Buchanan and Edwards Branch of Felt and Textiles of N.Z., Ltd., has applied for an extension of its license to permit it to manufacture cosy sole slippers at its factory, Ridgway Street, Wanganui.

Persons considering themselves materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application should make any desired representations in writing not later than the 23rd December, 1943, to G. L. O’Halloran, Secretary, Bureau of Industry, G.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.

Taking of Fish for Sale

F. W. Mitchell, Salisbury Street, Westport, has applied for a license to permit him to operate the 30 ft. 12 h.p. engined launch “Margaret,” using hand-lines, catches to be landed at Westport.

A. Osborne, Waihi, has applied for a license to permit him to operate the launch “Cappy” (to be registered), using set-nets, drag-nets, long lines, hand-lines, and crayfish-pots, catches to be landed at Whangamata.

CROWN LANDS NOTICE
