Temp. Captain G. R. Hanan, B.D.S., N.Z. Dental Corps, and is reposted to the Territorial Force with the temporary rank of Captain, with seniority from 6th January, 1943. Dated 1st October, 1943.

Temp. Captain A. H. Miller, L.D.S. (Vic.), B.D.Sc. (Melb.), N.Z. Dental Corps, and is reposted to the Territorial Force with the temporary rank of Captain, with seniority from 10th January, 1943. Dated 1st October, 1943.

The notice published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 91, dated 21st October, 1943, relative to Lieutenant R. G. Truscott, is hereby cancelled, and the following substituted :-

“Lieutenant R. G. Truscott, N.Z. Army Service Corps, and is reposted to the Territorial Force with the temporary rank of Lieutenant, with seniority from 27th January, 1943. Dated 25th September, 1943.”

to be an officer for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned Act in respect of the area described in the First Schedule to the Taupo Trout Fishing Regulations 1939.
