NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations and orders as under:—

Declaring Portions of Railway Land at Shag Point to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 7275, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of November, 1943.

Land taken near Dunedin (Waitaki–Bluff Railway) for Sites for Dwellings for Employees of Government Railways Department

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, the Government Railways Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sites for dwellings for the accommodation of employees of the Government Railways Department.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 1 rood 1·16 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Dunedin, being Allotments 1 and 2, on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 3649, being also parts of Sections 35 and 36, Block VI, on the public maps of the Town District, and being all the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 234, folio 263.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 7264, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of November, 1943.
