Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1942.—Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 132.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby declare the undertakings set forth hereunder to be essential undertakings for the purposes of those regulations :—

Wellington District Free Ambulance.

The Commandery in New Zealand of the Order of St. John in respect of the ambulance transport services.

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1942.—Declaration of Essential Industry No. 133.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby declare all work that comes within any of the classes of work specified in the New Zealand Cycle Workers’ award to be an essential industry for the purposes of those regulations.
