IN the Gazette of 1st October, 1942, No. 89, page 2448, under the heading of “Decisions of the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936,” there was included in the list of persons and firms to whom licenses to take fish for sale had been granted the name of “C. M. White, Onehunga.”

This name should have read “C. W. White, Onehunga,” and the Bureau decision in this applicant’s case should have read “declined.”

Crown Land set apart for the Whangarei-Kamo Railway in Block V, Purua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Whangarei-Kamo Railway; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 16·2 perches.

Being formerly stopped Government road adjoining Railway land in Proclamation 1378.

Situated in Block V, Purua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29119.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98276, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of October, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 16·2 perches.

Being stopped Government road adjoining Railway land in Proclamation 1378.

Situated in Block V, Purua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29119.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from
