Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land, taking Leasehold Estates or Interests in Land, and setting apart Crown Land for Public Works.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 69 of the sixteenth day of the same month at page 1908, taking land, taking leasehold estates or interests in land, and setting apart Crown land for public works, in so far as it affects the areas of land fifteenthly and sixteenthly described in the First Schedule thereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of October, 1942.

Stopping Portions of Government Road in Block II, Patetere North Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

Crown Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mangonui County, containing by admeasurement 250 acres 26 perches, more or less, being Section 36, Block XIV, Takahue Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 4/17, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of October, 1942.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of October, 1942.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
