A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 0 roods 21·8 perches.
Adjoining part Block 2, Eskdale Crown Grant District, Lot 1, D.P. 5041.
Situated in Block XII, Puketapu Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2060, red.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114051, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of October, 1942.
