Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Port Chalmers Borough Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of September, 1942.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a public utility reserve, and is vested in the Port Chalmers Borough Council:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Port Chalmers Borough Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Port Chalmers Borough Council of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section 363, Town of Port Chalmers, bounded on the north by Section 362, 250 links; on the east by Meridian Street, 100 links; on the south by Section 364, 250 links; and on the west by Section 376, 100 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Vesting a Reserve in the Cook County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of September, 1942.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for plantation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Cook County Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Cook County Council, in trust, for plantation purposes.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 52, Block XIV, Hangaroa Survey District: Area, 2 acres 16 perches.

Vesting a Reserve in the Kaitaia Town Board.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of September, 1942.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve for a public cemetery: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Kaitaia Town Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said reserve shall become vested in the Kaitaia Town Board, in trust, for a public cemetery.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve for Quarry Purposes in the Hobson County Council.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of September, 1942.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for quarry purposes: And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in the Hobson County Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby vest the control of the said reserve in the Hobson County Council.

PURSUANT to section five of the Native Purposes Act, 1937, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set apart and reserve the Native freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Native reservation for the common use of the Ngatireko hapu as a marae and meeting-house site.

ALL that parcel of land containing 3 acres and 21 perches, more or less, situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, being part of Te Reureu 2g No. 1 Block, and part of the land on the plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington under number W.D. 3973.
