Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for Public Works.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 70 of the twenty-third day of the same month at page 1936, taking land, leasehold estates or interests in land, and setting apart Crown land for public works, in so far as it affects the land first described in the First Schedule thereto, and the leasehold estate or interest in the land ninthly described in the Second Schedule thereto, held from His Majesty the King by John Ryall and Denis Ryall, as tenants in common in equal shares under and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 17, folio 228, Southland Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of September, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 2·4 perches.
Being part Section 354, Town of Orakei.
Situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31255.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115165, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of September, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 3 roods 24·2 perches.
Being part Section 2543; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods 19·9 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 2543 and 2533; coloured green.
All situated in Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District (Westland R.D.) (S.O. 4309.)
All in the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114488, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 5·75 perches.
Being Lot 50 on the plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 10154, being part Allotment 166, Waipa Parish, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 247, folio 54, Auckland Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of September, 1942.

Settlement Land in Auckland Land District set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers under special tenures in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
Section 3, Block II, and Section 2, Block VI, Maungamangero Survey District: Area, 1,645 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of September, 1942.
