IT is hereby notified that the orders of adoption as set out in the Schedule hereunder have been made by the Native Land Court under the provisions of the Native Land Act, 1931.

IT is hereby notified that an order of adoption as set out in the Schedule hereunder was made by the Native Land Court at Kaiapoi on the 25th day of July, 1941, under the provisions of the Native Land Act, 1931.

I, FRANK RUPERT BURNLEY, Returning Officer for the election of a member of the Hawke’s Bay Land Board, do hereby notify, in accordance with the provisions of section 47 of the Land Act, 1924, and the regulations made thereunder, that the only person nominated to fill the vacancy occurring on the said Board was Cornelius John O’Reilly, of Porangahau. I do therefore hereby declare that the said Cornelius John O’Reilly is duly elected a member of the Hawke’s Bay Land Board for a term of two years as from the 27th day of August, 1942.
