Additional Land at Helensville taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, Kaipara Section, and for Street-diversion in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, Kaipara Section, to take further land at Helensville in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway; and to take land for street-diversion in connection therewith:

Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

All being situated in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District, Helensville Town District. (S.O. 32675.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6943, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of August, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Stratford Main Trunk Railway to take further land near Tuhua in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :

Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of piece of land : 2 roods 11·7 perches.
Being part Section 8, Block I, Rangi Survey District, Ohura County. (S.O. 7985.)

In the Taranaki Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6953, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of August, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 5 acres 2 roods 21 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 19, Harbour Reserve, Sections 20, 32, 39, and 40, and part Section 17.

Situated in Block II, Steeples Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9285.)

In the Nelson Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114929, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of September, 1942.
