EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 321, folio 189 (Auckland Registry), for Lots 14 and 16 on Deposited Plan 13324, being portion of Section 3 of the Village of Mangere, in favour of ROBERT CRAIG POLLOCK, of Auckland, Crown Lands Ranger, having been lodged with me together with an application for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, and evidence of the loss of memorandum of mortgage No. 191395, affecting Lot 6, Deposited Plan 8682, being part of the Kaikahu No. 3 Block, Waihou Survey District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 483, folio 25 (Auckland Registry), given by William Edward Chick and Mary Chick, as mortgagors, and now in favour of COLIN WOOLLAM ANDERSON, of Auckland, gentleman, as mortgagee, having been lodged with me together with an application for a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and provisional mortgage after fourteen days from 3rd September, 1942.
