Crown Land set apart as Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.

SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Waimarino County, containing by admeasurement 316 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Section 31, Block XVI, Manganui Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 62/42, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of his Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of August, 1942.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Rotorua County, containing by admeasurement 1,834 acres and 2 roods, more or less, being Section 15, Block II, and Sections 4 and 15, Block III, Horohoro Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 38/59, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan No. S.O. 31852.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of August, 1942.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Thames County, containing by admeasurement 895 acres, more or less, being Section 20, Block I, Thames Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan No. 23/57, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 25072.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of August, 1942

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of August, 1942
