A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as street :—

A. R. P. Being
0 0 29·9 Part Crown land ; coloured blue.
0 0 8·4 Part Reserve 1427 ; coloured sepia.
0 1 10·6 Part Crown land ; coloured orange.

Situated in Block XII, Greymouth Survey District (Borough of Greymouth) (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4139.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114330, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of July, 1942.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113937, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of July, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 1 rood 4·4 perches.

Being part Lot 1, D.P. 17475, being part Allotment 73, Te Rapa Parish ; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 rood 29·2 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Allotment 78b and Lots 1 and 4, D.P. 17475, being parts Allotment 73, Te Rapa Parish ; coloured green.

All situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30976.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114625, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of July, 1942.
