PURSUANT to the Rationing Emergency Regulations 1942, I, James Ewing Thomas, Rationing Controller, hereby give notice as follows :-

1. This Notice may be cited as the Clothing Rationing Coupon Notice 1942, No. 2.

2. The Clothing Rationing Coupon Notice 1942* is hereby amended by omitting from the Schedule the following :-
