A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 3 roods 32 perches.

Situated in Block IX, Waro Survey District (Taranaki R.D.) (S.O. 7990.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114281, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1942.

Proclaiming Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the purchase of the Native land described in the Schedule hereto has been completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act, do hereby proclaim the said land to have become Crown land.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of July, 1942.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act, 1923, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby license and permit Henry George Rose, of Horeke (hereinafter called “the licensee,” which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Horeke, Waihou River, Hokianga Harbour, as shown on approved plan marked M.D. 6321, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a shed as shown on the said plan, such license to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
(1) THIS license is subject to the Foreshore License Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the license shall be fourteen years from the 10th May, 1942.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be one pound (£1), and the annual sum so payable five pounds (£5).

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act, 1923, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby license and permit the Waikato County Council, of Hamilton (hereinafter called “the Council,” which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Whangamarino Falls, Whangamarino River, as shown on approved plans marked M.D. 4254 and 4271, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at
