Crown Land set apart for Street Approach to the Wellington-Napier Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for street approach to the Wellington-Napier Railway; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District, City of Wellington. (S.O. 1588.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 28429, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of July, 1942.

Additional Land at Pukerua Bay taken for the Purposes of the Wellington-Foxton Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington-Foxton Railway to take further land at Pukerua Bay in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway : Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Situated in Block V, Paekakariki Survey District, Hutt County. (S.O. 20833.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6743, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of July, 1942.
