LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE having been lodged of the determination of
the easement of right-of-way created by Transfer 25441,
affecting part of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 408, folio 83
(Wellington Registry), in the name of SAMUEL ERNEST
EAGLES, for Lot 7 on D.P. 6746 of parts of Sections 4 and 5
of the Kaiwarra District, such right-of-way being formerly
appurtenant to the land in certificate of title, Vol. 116, folio
165, in the names of JOHN ARMITAGE HOLMES, WILLIAM
HENRY HOLMES, and ALFRED FRANKLAND HOLMES
for other parts of Sections 4 and 5 above, and application
having been made for the noting of such determination upon
the registers and the relevant instruments of title, notice is
hereby given that I will notify such determination at the
expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.

Dated at the Land Registry Office, Wellington, this 1st
day of July, 1942.

EVIDENCE having been lodged with me of the loss of the
outstanding duplicate of Mortgage No. 121075, in the
names of ARTHUR EDWARD PEARCE and ALFRED
HENRY MILES, both of Wellington, Merchants, as mort-
gagees, affecting all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 269,
flio 43 (Wellington Registry), and application having been
made to me to register a transmission of the said mortgage to
the said Alfred Henry Miles as survivor, I hereby give notice
that it is my intention to dispense with production of the said
mortgage under section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915,
and to register such transmission as requested after fourteen
days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Dated this 1st day of July, 1942, at the Land Registry
Office, Wellington.

PRIVATE ESTATE BILL.

A Bill intituled “The Mina Tait Horton Estate Act, 1942.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the General Trust Board
of the Diocese of Auckland of the Church of the
Province of New Zealand, commonly called The Church
of England (hereinafter called “the Board”), intends to
apply by petition to the General Assembly of New Zealand
during the present session for the passing of a Private Estate
Bill the short title of which is as above, to effect the following
objects and purposes—namely, to vary the terms of certain
trusts created by the will of the late Mina Tait Horton, of
Auckland, Spinster, by extending the period within which
certain provisions and conditions attached to a bequest for
the building fund for the cathedral of the said Auckland
Diocese may be satisfied and performed, and by postponing
the date upon which, if such provisions and conditions
should not be performed and satisfied, the said bequest
would lapse.

Printed copies of the proposed Bill will on or before the
26th day of June, 1942, be deposited at the office of the
Examiner of Standing Orders, Parliament Buildings, Wel-
lngton, and at the Diocesan Office, 40 Shortland Street,
Auckland, where the said copies may be inspected and
obtained.
