Appointment of Public Trustee.
THE following Warrant, appointing the Public Trustee, is published for general information.
Dated at Wellington, this 25th day of June, 1942.

To WILLIAM GEORGE BAIRD, Esquire, M.A., LL.B., Barrister-at-Law, of Wellington: GREETING.
In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities in that behalf me enabling, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby appoint you, the said William George Baird,
to be Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, with all the powers, privileges, and duties appertaining thereto, to hold office during the pleasure of the Governor-General in Council.
This appointment shall take effect as from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of June, 1942.

Appointment of Assistant Public Trustees.
THE following Warrant, appointing an Assistant Public Trustee, is published for general information.

To FREDERICK MENNEER, Esquire, of Wellington: GREETING.
In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1917, as amended by section fourteen of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921–22, and of all other powers and authorities in that behalf me enabling, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby appoint you, the said Frederick Menneer,
to be an Assistant Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, with all the powers, privileges, and duties appertaining thereto, to hold office during the pleasure of the Governor-General in Council.
This appointment shall take effect as from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of June, 1942.
