I, JOHN COWLEY HAZELDINE, M.B., Ch.B., 1942,
now residing in Hamilton, hereby give notice that I
intend applying on the 31st July, 1942, to have my name
placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New
Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my
qualification in the office of the Department of Health at
Hamilton.

account showing the manner in which the winding up has

PRIVATE ESTATE BILL.

A Bill intituled “The Mina Tait Horton Estate Act, 1942.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the General Trust Board
of the Diocese of Auckland of the Church of the
Province of New Zealand, commonly called The Church of
England (hereinafter called “the Board”), intends to
apply by petition to the General Assembly of New Zealand
during the present session for the passing of a Private Estate
Bill the short title of which is as above, to effect the following
objects and purposes—namely, to vary the terms of certain
trusts created by the will of the late Mina Tait Horton, of
Auckland, Spinster, by extending the period within which
certain provisions and conditions attached to a bequest for
the building fund for the cathedral of the said Auckland
Diocese may be satisfied and performed, and by postponing
the date upon which, if such provisions and conditions
should not be performed and satisfied, the said bequest
would lapse.

Printed copies of the proposed Bill will on or before the
26th day of June, 1942, be deposited at the office of the
Examiner of Standing Orders, Parliament Buildings, Wel-
ington, and at the Diocesan Office, 40 Shortland Street,
Auckland, where the said copies may be inspected and
obtained.

NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of creditors in

Stephenson Trading Co., Ltd., Station Street, Napier, on
Tuesday, the 7th day of July, 1942, at 10.30 o’clock in the
forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 of the
Companies Act, 1933, that a general meeting of the
company and a meeting of the creditors of the company
will be held at the offices of Messrs. Hogg and Stewart,
Solicitors, T. and G. Building, Grey Street, Wellington, on
Friday, the 17th day of July, 1942, both of such meetings
to be held at 3 o’clock in the afternoon for the purpose of
receiving from the liquidator an account of the winding-up
showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the
property of the company has been disposed of, and the giving
of any explanation thereof.

ADVANCE.

Single copies of the Gazette as follows:—
Ordinary Weekly Gazette: For the first 32 pages, 9d.
increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or
part thereof; postage, 1d.

Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes: For the
first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding
32 pages, 9d.; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent
16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line
for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any
subsequent insertions.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by
the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding
publication.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS.

UNDER the Regulations Act, 1936, statutory regu-
lations of general legislative force are no longer
published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied
under any one or more of the following arrange-
ments:—

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for
filing) subscription 30s. per annum in advance.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in
buckram, 25s.

(3) Serially as issued and annual bound volume, as
in (1) and (2) above, on combined sub-
scription basis, 42s. per annum in advance.

(4) Separate regulations as issued.

(5) Loose-leaf binder for filing serial issues, 6s. 6d.;
postage free.

The price of each regulation is printed thereon,
facilitating the purchase of extra copies.

Orders on the subscription basis should be placed
now with the Government Printer, Wellington, or at
the Chief Post-offices at Auckland, Christchurch, or
Dunedin.
