Crown Land set apart for Road in Block VI, Te Mata Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:—

0 1 25·4} Being
0 2 0·8} Waste land adjoining Te Mahanga Block.
0 1 38·4}

Situated in Block VI, Te Mata Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2053.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113628, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of June, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—

0 0 13 Part Section 1 of 62, Motueka Rural ; coloured yellow.
0 2 2 Part Section 1 of 62, Motueka Rural ; coloured yellow.

Situated in Block III, Motueka Survey District (Nelson R.D.) (S.O. 9176.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114089, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of June, 1942.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of June, 1942.
