Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of June, 1942.

Leasehold Estates or Interests in Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block V, Waitapu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estates or interests in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Neil Robert Page under and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 67, folio 189, as to the land firstly described in such Schedule, and by Donald Cumming Campbell and Hilda May Campbell under and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 58, folio 190, as to the lands secondly, thirdly, fourthly, and fifthly described in such Schedule, and by Algernon Leslie Soper under and by virtue of occupational license, Volume 85, folio 108, as to the lands sixthly and seventhly described in such Schedule, such leases and license being registered in the Land Registry Office at Nelson, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of June, 1942.
