A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the part of public domain described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the part of public domain set apart: 10·86 perches.
Being part Clive Suburban Section 304 (part Clive Grange Domain).

Situated in Block III, Clive Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2051, red.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114140, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of June, 1942.

Land taken for a Gravel-pit in Block XII, Invercargill Hundred, Southland County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a gravel-pit and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Southland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 acres 2 roods 16 perches.
Being part Sections 8 and 9.

Situated in Block XII, Invercargill Hundred (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 5574.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113432, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of June, 1942.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105381, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of June, 1942.
