NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder will be heard by the Native Land Court and Maori Land Board sitting at Te Kuiti on Tuesday, the 30th June, 1942, at 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court and the Board will allow.

IT is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by Regulation 44 of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, I have this day issued to—

Francis James Kilgour, Labourer, 686 Cumberland Street, North Dunedin, Registration No. 621996,

a notice calling him up for service overseas with the Armed Forces, such person having been convicted for that, being a reservist belonging to a division of the Reserve the enrolment of which has been proclaimed, he did fail to make application in writing for enrolment in that class of the Reserve as required by Regulation 43 (1) of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.

IT is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by Regulation 44 of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, I have this day issued to—

Cyril Clarence Beazley, Labourer, care of the Placement Officer, Napier, Registration No. 628200,

a notice calling him up for service with the Territorial Force, such person having been convicted for that, being a reservist belonging to a division of the Reserve the enrolment of which has been proclaimed, he did fail to make application in writing for enrolment in that class of the Reserve as required by Regulation 43 (1) of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.
