Buildings, Wellington, on Monday, the 22nd day of June, 1942,
at 2.30 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before
the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up
has been conducted and the property of the company dis-
posed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given
by the liquidator, and also of determining by resolution the
manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the
company and of the liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
Bridges Loan, 1941, £2,000.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, and
of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Tauranga
County Council hereby resolves as follows :-
"That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of
the half-yearly instalments of principal and interest in respect
of the Tauranga County Council Bridges Loan of £2,000, 1941,
authorized to be raised by the Tauranga County Council
under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing
the County Council's share of the cost of replacing and
reconstructing bridges within the county, the said Council
hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-thirtieth of a
penny (1/30 d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis
of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the
County of Tauranga ; and that such special rate shall be an
annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan
and be payable annually on the 1st day of September in
each and every year during the currency of such loan, being
a period of thirty years or until the loan is fully paid off."
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the
Tauranga County Council on Wednesday, the 27th day of
May, 1942.
