The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925.—Cancellation of Industrial Union.

NOTICE is hereby given that the registration of the Nelson Master Tailors’ Industrial Union of Employers, registered number 774, situated in Nelson, is hereby cancelled as from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Excluding Land from the Te Kaha Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 13th day of January, 1932, and published in Gazette No. 6 of the 21st day of January, 1932, at pages 115 and 116, whereby the provisions of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936) were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Te Kaha Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of land in the Wairiki Native Land Court District, containing 2 roods 29 perches, more or less, called or known as Maungaroa 1, Section 18A Block, situate in Block V, Te Kaha Survey District, being that portion of the Maungaroa 1, Section 18 Block, now comprised in a partition order made by the Native Land Court on the 5th day of August, 1941, and shown on the plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Gisborne under No. 4215, red.

William John Cecil Rust, Farm Hand, care of the Salvation Army Home, 1 Lorne Street, Auckland, Registration No. 626896,

IT is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by Regulation 44 of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, I have on the 28th May, 1942, issued to—

William Joseph Taylor, Motor-driver, Oxford Road, Okato, Registration No. 626136,

a notice calling him up for service with the Territorial Force, such person having been convicted for that, being a reservist belonging to a division of the Reserve the enrolment of which has been proclaimed, did fail to make application in writing for enrolment in that class of the Reserve as required by Regulation 43 (1) of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.
