IT is hereby notified that the order of adoption as set out in the Schedule hereunder has been made by the Native Land Court under the provisions of the Native Land Act, 1931.

Excluding Land from the Waimiha Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 20th day of February, 1930, and published in Gazette No. 18 of the 13th day of March, 1930, at page 755, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to (inter alia) the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Waimiha Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

All that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District, containing 976 acres 3 roods 32 perches, more or less, called or known as Rangitoto-Tuhua 80a 2r and situate in the Ongarue Survey District.

Dated at Wellington, this 11th day of May, 1942.
